We make technology for cleaner, faster vessels that use far less energy. If you are exceptional and want to help make workboats and shipping more energy-efficient and future-ready, we would love to hear from you.

What you could work on

Integrating our powertrain in high-speed vessels under real-world constraints
Advancing AirHull performance from model to sea trials to fleet deployment
ALS Optimizer analytics and control logic that cut fuel use on large ships
General energy efficiency and performance optimization across shipping applications
Vendor and yard partnerships to scale production and service
Commercial strategy, pricing, and customer rollout

What we look for

Strong track record of shipping hard things in small teams
Ability to move fast, communicate clearly, and work constructively with others
Evidence of depth: notable projects, publications, field results, or similar
Comfort with ambiguity and hands-on testing on the water
Genuine motivation to reduce maritime emissions
