The complete powertrain integration. Industrialized.

From throttle to propeller: we deliver pre-integrated electric and hybrid systems. Inspired by automotive standards, built for maritime reality.

Zero Vision

Project delivery without the friction

Today many powertrain projects are still one off engineering tasks. Each vessel is a new drawing, a new cabinet and a new set of surprises. We turn integration into a repeatable product, so yards and owners get predictable cost, quality and performance.

Zero engineering days

Pre-configured modules eliminate custom design work and reduce integration complexity for boat builders.

Zero commissioning hours

Systems are factory-tested and delivered as plug-and-play units, reducing on-site setup time dramatically.

Zero downtime

Robust architecture, redundancy and remote diagnostics ensure continuous uptime and predictable daily operation.

Platform flexibility

Flexible at the Top,
Robust at the Bottom

The core architecture is standard and proven. Energy management, control and safety come pre tested. Above this, you choose batteries, motors and vessel specific interfaces, keeping the system flexible without adding complexity.

The Paradigm Shift

From Project world to Product world

We replace one-off engineering with a standardized, scalable architecture.

The Industry Standard

The Pascal Standard

Manual Field Wiring

Complex, manual cable termination on-board that is time-consuming and error-prone.

Prefabricated Harness

Industrial-grade, pre-terminated HV and communication cabling. Click, connect, and go.

Vendor Lock-in

Architecture tightly coupled to specific suppliers, making changes costly or impossible.

Open Architecture

Modular integration. Use our pre-verified partners or integrate preferred components without rewriting the system.

Bulky Infrastructure

Large, heavy HV/LV/Control cabinets that consume valuable technical space.

Distributed Hubs

Compact EMS, Battery, and Propulsion hubs that are lightweight and easy to place.

Proprietary Code

Custom-written software for every vessel, making updates difficult and bugs frequent.

Scalable Platform

Standardized, version-controlled software that gets smarter with every fleet update.

Unpredictable Cost

Variable pricing driven by engineering hours, troubleshooting, and delays.

Fixed Product Pricing

A defined scope with a predictable price tag. You pay for the result, not the effort.

Fragmented Controls

Multiple screens and throttles for different subsystems (battery, motor, hotel load).

Unified Command

One central interface (OVC) controlling the entire powertrain and energy flow, and other systems in one.

Pascal Technologies

Our collaborative integration

We partner with shipyards to integrate our complete electric and hybrid powertrain systems into new vessel designs. We can also integrate in additional functions/systems at request. Our structured process eliminates project risk by delivering a single, pre-integrated module that is ready for installation.

This approach ensures a streamlined installation process, minimized on-site work, and a consistent level of quality across the fleet.

After delivery, our commitment continues with remote diagnostics, continuous over-the-air updates for our control systems, and ongoing technical support to maintain peak operational efficiency.

Frequently Asked Questions

What do you actually deliver?

We deliver the complete powertrain from throttle to propeller or electric motor. This includes energy management, batteries, propulsion interface, control and the pre terminated wiring system.

Can we use our own component suppliers?

Yes. You can use your preferred batteries, motors or other equipment as long as they are compatible. We avoid adding margin on standard components and can share the full bill of materials if you want to procure directly.

Are we locked into Pascal for service or aftermarket?

No. The architecture is open and documented. You keep access to data, interfaces and components, and can be autonomous in service and upgrades.

How much vessel specific engineering is needed?

Very little. The core system is standard. Only the top layer is adapted to the vessel layout and operational needs.

Does the system work with hybrid or conventional propulsion?

Yes. Our focus is on the electric side of the vessel. We integrate full electric and hybrid powertrains, and we also support conventional vessels when they include an electrical system such as a battery pack for auxiliary loads, peak shaving or hotel power. The mechanical driveline stays with the yard or engine supplier, while we deliver the electrical architecture around it.

Do you integrate with other vessel systems outside the powertrain?

Yes. We integrate with other ship functions when it strengthens the electrical architecture. This includes towing winches, bow thrusters, charging systems, hotel loads, steering and navigation data.We define the scope early so responsibilities stay clear and the yard keeps control of the systems that belong with them.
